Return Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns. Acceptable returns are items that have not been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Merchandise must be in original condition and all tags must still be attached. All sale items are final! Returns must be postmarked and prepaid within 14 days of the original ship date. Habitbend.com is not responsible for missing items or packages, so we suggest you send your package insured and tracked. Returns must be sent to 25 NW Minnesota Ave Ste 1, Bend, OR 97701, attn: Molly. Please include the provided return/exchange form. Your approved return will be processed once we have received your original order. There are no refunds! All credits will be issued to a gift card. A gift card will be issued with the amount of the item(s) once we have received the return.

Shipping Rates and Procedures We use UPS and USPS to ship to the US. We ship standard UPS Ground but if you would like your purchase sooner please call us for shipping details. $5 flat rate priority shipping via USPS

International Orders Habitbend.com is happy to ship orders anywhere in the world via USPS Global Express. Shipping fees are determined by order amount and ship to address. The receiver is responsible for all customs fees. To place an international order please call 541.330.1194 or email shop@habitbend.com.
Order Processing If your order is placed Monday through Friday before 4:00 pm PST it will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday it will be processed on the following Monday. Orders will not be processed on major US holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
Canceling/Modifying Orders If you have placed an order and would like to make any modifications or cancellations please make them before the order has been processed. Please email shop@habitbend.com for any changes.
Order Fulfillment We are not able to guarantee items, if an item is sold out the customer will be notified immediately via email or telephone. Orders with sold out items will either be voided or the amount of that item will be credited back to the original card, and the order will be sent partially fulfilled.

Gift Cards & Store Credit Habit gift cards will be mailed to the recipient in a box and may be personalized. Gift cards may be redeemed in the store or online. Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue. If the purchase is less than the full amount of the gift card, the balance will remain on the gift card to use for future purchases. Gift cards are not eligible for refunds. If an item has been returned for store credit, the amount will be placed on a gift card. Store credits are valid for one year from the date issued and are not eligible for refunds.
